The Role & Opportunity

This role is a key collaborator within the Creative Marketing Team, responsible for developing and executing high-quality, on-brand creative assets across all platforms to support business objectives and elevate the customer experience based on established style guides and toolkits. This role will work closely with the Creative Marketing Lead and cross-functional partners to ensure every rollout is consistent, accurate, and aligned with both business needs and brand guidelines—delivering final outputs on time and on budget.

What You’ll do

  • Produce high-quality, brand-aligned design work that meets project objectives across a variety of platforms and formats.
  • Prepare and finalize creative assets for delivery, ensuring accuracy, file readiness, and adherence to timelines.
  • Communicate clearly and apply feedback effectively to improve design outcomes.
  • Apply established design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to maintain consistency across deliverables.
  • Organize design files and documentation according to studio standards and workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience of brand design with strong visual instincts aware of emerging design and media trends to support fresh, relevant execution when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with others to develop flexible, iterative design solutions that adapt to project needs and align with strategic goals.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, critiques, and reviews; contribute ideas and feedback that support collective progress and creative alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by inviting feedback, listening actively, and respecting diverse perspectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Post-secondary degree in a digital arts program or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative shop.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma); familiarity with multimedia tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
  • Experience in brand design, with strong visual instincts.
  • Ability to collaborate, self-initiate and self-manage workload and schedule to successfully meet project milestones.
  • Passion, curiosity, rigour, positivity, communicative, organized.
