A global biopharma company is seeking a Medical Affairs professional with Real-World Evidence (RWE) expertise to join their oncology team. This is a great opportunity to work on innovative, life-changing therapies in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of observational studies (e.g. disease burden, natural history, historical control)
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to generate impactful RWE
- Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and study reports
- Communicate research insights clearly to medical, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Contribute clinical and RWE insights to regulatory submissions
Ideal Candidate
- MSc, PhD, MD or PharmD with a background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of observational study design and data analytics
- Prior experience in oncology or haematology preferred
- Skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient in statistical tools (e.g. R, SAS, Stata) and MS Office
- Confident communicator and team player in matrix environments
