Why this role matters to you!? Imagine building the compliance function from day one. You will design policies, shape risk frameworks, and work closely with executive leadership to embed strong governance across multiple sites as the organisation scales.
Your impact will include:
- Establishing governance, risk, and compliance structures that enable sustainable growth across current and future data centres
- Embedding compliance across a rapidly expanding portfolio of high-security colocation facilities
- Partnering with operations, security, engineering, and commercial teams to manage enterprise-wide risk
- Supporting UK and European expansion, both greenfield developments and acquisitions

What you must bring!? Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, or regulated technology environments. A track record of designing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in fast-growing or scaling organisations. Hands-on experience managing ISO and SOC audits, certifications, and external assurance programmes. Strong enterprise risk management expertise, including control design and audit readiness. Confidence engaging with senior leadership, investors, auditors, and customers. The integrity, judgement, and confidence to challenge when risk isn’t being managed properly.
