For those new to the industry, we'll teach you how to recruit through a blended learning approach.
For experienced consultants, we'll hand you the autonomy to own some of the world's most lucrative markets, underpinned by huge support.

What you'll earn
Uncapped, zero‑threshold bonus: You earn on everything you bill.
Realistic OTE: Expect to double your base in year one, with six figures genuinely attainable. We have a proven track record, and several people are earning exactly that right now.
