Production Process Engineer

Photolithography Process Engineer Semiconductor Manufacturing, UK We are partnering with an innovative semiconductor manufacturer to find a skilled Photolithography Process Engineer. This role is based at their state-of-the-art wafer fabrication facility in the UK. State-of-the-Art Facility : Work in a purpose-built wafer fab, equipped with the latest photolithography technology. Innovative Projects : Lead the introduction and qualification of new photolithography equipment and processes. Professional Growth : Engage in technology and product development projects, delivering innovative process solutions. Lead technology and product development projects to deliver innovative process solutions. Collaborate with production staff, engineers, and technicians to support wafer fab manufacturing. Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Participate actively in process and product development procedures to ensure successful transfer from development to production. Proven ability to lead project teams and provide technical expertise and coaching to junior engineers and technicians. Experience in equipment selection, commissioning, and process setup. Proficiency in statistical process control techniques and data analysis tools such as MiniTab or JMP. Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK passport.
