We are partnering with an innovative semiconductor manufacturer to find a skilled Photolithography Process Engineer. This role is based at their state-of-the-art wafer fabrication facility in the UK. The company has fostered a collaborative and friendly working environment, offering a platform for Engineers to develop and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the introduction and qualification of new photolithography equipment and processes.
- Lead technology and product development projects to deliver innovative process solutions.
- Collaborate with production staff, engineers, and technicians to support wafer fab manufacturing.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Participate actively in process and product development procedures to ensure successful transfer from development to production.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in photolithography processes.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and provide technical expertise and coaching to junior engineers and technicians.
- Sound knowledge of i-line and DUV lithography materials, methods, and systems.
- Practical knowledge of CD and overlay metrology systems.
- Experience in equipment selection, commissioning, and process setup.
- Proficiency in statistical process control techniques and data analysis tools such as MiniTab or JMP.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Background in process development and new product introduction.
- Knowledge of automated clean tracks and stepper/scanner-based optical exposure tools.
- Experience with e-beam lithography equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 standards.
