We are seeking to expand our team by recruiting a Yield Engineering Manager, an Integration Manager, or an Integration Engineer ready to step into a managerial role to lead the yield and integration team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify new production technologies aligned with long-term roadmaps Lead engineering efforts in process integration, ensuring alignment between design, development, and manufacturing Manage and coach engineers focused on process integration and yield improvement Monitor and report yield trends, using data to support improvements Develop yield Pareto analyses to identify top loss drivers and reduce scrap Lead problem-solving activities to resolve process challenges and improve stability Coordinate reviews to ensure technology development milestones are met Work with quality, production, and engineering teams to address process deviations Define and track KPIs to meet performance goals Ensure safety standards are followed and promote continuous improvement Manage budgets and resources to support engineering capabilities Promote lean manufacturing and cost-reduction strategies Use tools like 8D, 5Ys, Ishikawa, Pareto, PPS, SPC, DoE, FMEA, and DFMEA Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Yield and Integration Manager, Integration Manager, or Engineer stepping into management Education: Background in materials science, physics, electrical or electronic chemistry Experience in semiconductor or related fields such as RF & Microwave Electronics, HDDs, or academia Leadership experience in managing or supervising teams Willing to relocate to County Durham Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits, with autonomy to drive engineering improvements and opportunities for career progression into senior roles.
