This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Driller based in Solihull. The Diamond Driller will perform concrete drilling and sawing, operate and maintain heavy equipment, and conduct directional drilling tasks. Responsibilities include equipment inspection, ensuring proper functioning and safety, and supporting other team members in completing diamond drilling projects efficiently and on schedule. Adherence to health and safety standards on-site is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience in Drilling and Directional Drilling
- Skill in inspection and ensuring the safety of tools and equipment
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and be physically capable of handling equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety practices
- Experience in using robotic equipment or advanced drilling technology is advantageous
- Relevant certifications in diamond drilling or construction work are preferred
