Our client is a rapidly growing startup at the forefront of IT Security innovation through their SaaS product suite. They are seeking a hands-on Engineer to lead and mentor the IT support team, driving process improvements, automation, and ensuring compliance with security standards. This role will be managing a team of 3 support engineers and optimising AI Agents.
In this role, you will focus on optimising service desk operations and wider IT Infrastructure, monitor SLAs, and maintain a lean, efficient structure while fostering continuous improvement. This role is suitable for someone currently working as a Team Lead, Senior Engineer or Support Desk Manager looking to develop their career toward an IT Manager position.
- Experienced with L1/L2/L3 IT Support
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of Hardware and Networking
- Proficient in MDM Tools like Intune, Airwatch and Jamf, or similar
- Experience with Scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or similar
- Familiarity with Infrastructure and Network Security
- ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA, or similar - beneficial not essential
