Under the general direction of the Managing Director, Health Systems Solutions or designee, the Executive Director (ED) of Clinical Pharmacy Services (CPS) is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance across all pharmacy programs, including sales, business development, service delivery, consulting, and product development.
This position primarily formulates and implements new business development strategies, marketing, and sales efforts to achieve revenue and margin growth aligned with the strategic plan of UMass Chan and ForHealth Consulting. The ED acts as the main customer liaison, developing, maintaining, and increasing customer satisfaction.
The role involves monitoring and addressing emerging business issues, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of CPS programs, and maintaining existing business lines through ongoing evaluation and process improvements. Overall, the ED manages a diverse portfolio of contracts and staff, ensuring quality service delivery and prioritising customer satisfaction.
