This position takes orders from guests, serves food, and ensures the overall guest experience is exceeded. The ultimate goal is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to UMAMI.

1. Positive attitude and ability to work well with other team members
2. Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
3. Capability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced restaurant environment
4. Willingness to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
5. Availability to work overtime when needed and assist the workload of others
