Key Responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily running of the business
Lead and motivate both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, handling any concerns with professionalism and care
Assist with staff training, performance management, and scheduling
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Ensure health & safety regulations and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Work alongside the management team to implement marketing strategies and drive business success
