We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Buffet Assistant to join our dynamic team.
As a Restaurant Buffet Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buffet service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and organizing the buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Assisting guests by answering questions about menu items and offering suggestions when necessary.
- Replenishing food items and maintaining cleanliness around the buffet area.
- Clearing plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables and the buffet area promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic buffet station, following all food safety protocols.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Helping with post-service cleanup, including restocking, cleaning, and resetting the buffet area for the next service.
- Providing top-tier customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or buffet setting is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
