Job Summary
The main purpose of the role is aimed to responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that must comply with the alcohol licensing laws, and in a friendly, attentive and timely manner. You have to maintain the cleaniness of bar area, to ensure all machines and equipment work smoothly during operation. You are also in charge of all stock inventory of the bar and cellar, so as to provide management with accurate ordering information.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create of all beverage recipes
- Ensure the bar is well stocked with all drinks and condiments to par
- Check all glassware are clean and not chipped
- Keep all areas of bar and cellar clean and tidy, complete bar cleaning checklist
- Monitor temperature of all bar fridges.
- All drinks are made and delivered to the guest'sefficiently
- All guest'sat the bar area waiting for a table are attended to
- Provide all hand-written orders to cashier for correct billing
- Follow standard cleaning routine to maintain high quality drinks served from all drinks dispensers
- Follow standard to fulfil the routine cleaning schedule of coffee and beer machines
- Follows routine cleaning& maintenance schedules
- Follow routine schedule and standard to counts the inventory of all drinks
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in capacity of bartender is desired although full training will be given
- Ability to communicate in advanced level of English
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Alcohol Licensing Act 2003
