Regulatory Compliance Manager

REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

This is a chance to join an independent manufacturer of flavour and fragrances who export their raw materials globally. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance across the business.

Main responsibilities:

1. Complete questionnaires and forms required by customers and assist with customer queries.
2. Monitor and record suppliers’ compliance with EU and UK Food Legislation.
3. Quality Assurance: create technical data sheets, safety data sheets and other formal statements.
4. Maintain and update our Kosher certification.
5. Stay informed about legislation updates, communicate and implement relevant changes.

Skills:

1. Excellent organisation skills and fast reactivity.
2. Great ability to communicate and work as a team with all departments within the company.
3. Good knowledge of current UK/EU Food legislation.
4. Knowledge of flavouring and fragrance legislation.
5. Ability to use regular office software.
6. Commercially minded.
