An exciting opportunity to join the vibrant AV team and play a key role in delivering marketing excellence across a selection of big accounts, including: MoneySupermarket, Little Moons and Legal & General.

KEY CAPABILITIES

The AV Executive is tasked with playing a vital role within an integrated activation team. You will work closely with the Investment Manager to deliver critical business whilst having autonomy to develop video and audio planning and buying skills within the team. You will have excellent people skills, be confident in buying TV / BVOD and will support the wider team when necessary.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of all AV media, who will embody our STAND AGAINST BLAND philosophy to deliver excellent campaigns that delight clients. You will need to build excellent relationships with media owners, internal data specialists, account planning teams and those working within your own team. You will have an ambition to get involved in the broader agency culture as well as building UM's reputation in the wider industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the TV, BVOD and Audio landscape in the UK.
  • Optimise campaign deliveries on a spot-by-spot basis by selecting the best trading audiences and programming that maximise conversion to target audience.
  • Produce competitor reports using DDS and Addynamix.
  • Support the Investment Manager in implementing the right process and procedures for effective day-to-day management of all activity.
  • Accountability: ongoing tracking of value and quality deliveries and attendance at reviews.
  • Alongside the planning team, ‘Sell in’ annual plans / large briefs across all video and visual channels to clients.
  • Develop innovative solutions with media owners and sell-in clients.
  • Share knowledge and understanding across the team and wider agency.
  • Identify opportunities and build strategic recommendations alongside partnerships and planning to grow revenue within your group.
  • Support UM with new business opportunities and ad hoc pitch requests.
  • Attend external events to develop media owner relationships, to ensure the UM gains further momentum within the industry.
  • Work with your team leadership to identify opportunities to provide thought-leadership and build content for external and internal PR.
  • Collaborate and build close working relationships with third parties and Media Owners to bring innovation and new solutions into the agency to deliver a better UM product.
  • Provide support if someone on your team is involved in a new business pitch.
