We are seeking to appoint a Senior Teaching Assistant (STA) to work under the guidance of Teaching/Senior Staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. The Senior Teaching Assistants may supervise groups, delivering programmes under the direction of the SENCO with the primary focus to encourage the learning, engagement and confidence of students.
The successful candidates will have recent experience of working with young people and hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
