We are seeking to employ a Cover Supervisor to supervise a range of classes in the short-term planned or unplanned absence of teachers, ensuring positive behaviour and engagement of students in lessons. The Cover Supervisor will be clearly in tune with our values and our ethos of “children first” and will set high expectations and be a positive role model for students.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Deliver set cover work to students
- Respond to students’ general questions
- Manage student behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment
- Give feedback to the teacher on broad issues such as behaviour and progress and achievement within a lesson
