Your Role
The Project Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of SaaS projects, including customer integrations, and support PMO activities. The role requires technical integration experience, ideally in a commercial medical‑device environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation, integration and support of project delivery, ensuring all tasks are identified, monitored and completed.
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities to internal and external team members.
- Set expectations, monitor timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major stakeholders and influence project discussions.
- Direct and motivate multidisciplinary teams, holding members accountable to deliver.
- Communicate programme status updates to senior leadership.
- Develop generic and site‑specific work and dataflows as required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Commercial, Finance) to balance operational and commercial needs.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, SOPs, information security and data protection policies.
- Perform other duties as agreed with the line manager.
Requirements – Your Skills And Experience
- Significant experience in project or programme management.
- Skill in identifying and implementing interventions to ensure delivery.
- High‑level understanding of cloud‑based SaaS integration (HL7, DICOM, PACS, VPN, Compass, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities with effective prioritisation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and record‑keeping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Experience with change management and embedding new ways of working.
- Experience in a health‑tech environment.
- Experience in a venture‑capital‑backed start‑up or scale‑up.
