We are looking to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst to join our expanding team based in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey. This role is key to helping us deliver a wide program of application and technological change and will include:
- Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems
- Working closely with technical and sales teams and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Translating business requirements into high quality reports and analysis
- Liaising with internal/external clients and internal resources
- Communicating complex ideas to a wide audience including technical and non-technical staff
- Presenting applications/system proposals to clients and the senior management team
- Writing training materials and delivering training to the end users of technical and non-technical domains.
Systems Analyst Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality system training and support and designing complex reports (Crystal Reports) and analysis for in-house systems, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex processes, systems and data (MS SQL Server). To be successful in this role you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to analyse and write comprehensive, precise and easy to read training material and deliver training and consultancy services to our customers.
Based in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, this would be ideal for people who live in Surrey, Middlesex and London Heathrow areas.
