Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams on financial services engagements. You will gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that delivered solutions meet both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business requirements
- Map current-state and future-state business processes
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate UAT sessions and manage requirement traceability
- Support regulatory compliance analysis for financial services clients
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech
- Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, or insurance workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of financial regulations (FCA, PSD2, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
- CBAP or equivalent certification
- Experience with core banking system migrations
- SQL proficiency for data analysis
