Location and Legalities
This full-time Webflow Developer position is based onsite in our brand-new Ultralytics office in London, UK. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship.
What You'll Do
As a Webflow Developer at Ultralytics, you will own our primary digital asset: the Ultralytics website. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our public-facing web properties to showcase our cutting-edge AI solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and management of our website on the Webflow platform, ensuring exceptional performance and user experience.
- Managing and structuring the Webflow CMS for our extensive blog, documentation, glossary, and customer stories.
- Implementing and managing our multilingual strategy using Weglot to ensure our content reaches a global audience.
- Driving our SEO strategy by leveraging tools like Semrush to improve rankings, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Writing clean, custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build interactive elements and extend Webflow's native functionality.
- Collaborating with our marketing and engineering teams to design and deploy new landing pages and features that effectively communicate the power of Ultralytics YOLO11 and the Ultralytics HUB.
- Ensuring all web properties are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, adhering to the latest web standards.

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Webflow Developer, with a portfolio of complex sites you have built and maintained.
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, including its CMS, interactions, and responsive design features.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven experience managing SEO with tools like Semrush or Ahrefs, and a deep understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with website localization and managing multilingual sites, preferably with Weglot.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma for collaborating on designs and converting them to pixel-perfect websites.
- A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and a desire to learn about our technology and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
