And we do it together. 👩 About the role As Senior Talent Acquisition Lead , you’ll own Ultralytics’ global hiring engine end-to-end — building strategy, systems, and an exceptional candidate experience that scales us from ~50 to 100+ employees across the UK, Spain, and China. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who can operate at Series A/B speed while raising the bar on quality. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles, including ML, computer vision, and applied engineering teams shipping YOLO into production. You’ll partner tightly with founders and hiring managers to translate headcount plans into measurable pipelines, strong offers, and predictable hiring outcomes. You’ll also be the “builder” behind our recruiting stack and process — from ATS workflows to sourcing strategy to analytics — ensuring we hire world-class talent while staying aligned with our Mission
