About The Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go‑to‑market — owning positioning, messaging, and launches for the Ultralytics product suite across open‑source and our commercial platform. You’ll translate real capabilities from the codebase into clear value for developers and enterprise buyers, grounded in user feedback and measurable adoption.
What You’ll Do
- GTM strategy & launches
- Own launch plans, timelines, and cross‑functional execution for product releases.
- Define segments, ICPs, and use cases across dev, SMB, and enterprise adoption paths.
- Build end‑to‑end launch kits: messaging, docs updates, release notes, and announcements.
- Positioning, messaging & narrative
- Create crisp positioning frameworks that map capabilities to outcomes and differentiation.
- Turn technical features into simple, accurate stories for devs and decision‑makers.
- Maintain messaging consistency across website, docs, and GTM assets.
- Developer marketing & open‑source GTM
- Improve developer‑facing onboarding across docs, examples, and product education.
- Partner with engineering to ship technical content tied to real workflows and code.
- Engage the open‑source ecosystem to grow adoption and contributions on GitHub.
- Sales enablement & cross‑functional alignment
- Build enablement assets: one‑pagers, battlecards, demos, and objection handling.
- Align with Growth and Partnerships on pipelines, distribution, and launch amplification.
- Instrument feedback loops with support, community, and customers to refine GTM.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing for technical products (AI/ML, devtools, SaaS, or infra).
- Proven ownership of GTM strategy and product launches with measurable outcomes.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/computer vision concepts and developer workflows.
- Excellent writing for technical audiences across docs, guides, and enablement assets.
- Comfort collaborating daily with engineers and PMs in an intense startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing open‑source products and communities at scale.
- Familiarity with Ultralytics YOLO models and Documentation.
