This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling, high-performance team that's redefining the future of vision AI — where ambition meets impact, and ideas become reality.

About the role: As Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll be the visual engine behind Ultralytics’ storytelling — turning complex vision AI into design that feels human, inspiring, and bold. You’ll own the creation of high-impact marketing and event assets across digital and print, helping our products and community stand out everywhere they appear. You’ll lead end-to-end creative production for campaigns, website and social visuals, motion content, decks, flyers, merchandise, and booth displays — ensuring every touchpoint reflects our craft and speed.

What you'll do:

  • End-to-end creative production
  • Own projects from concept to final delivery across digital, print, and event design.
  • Design digital campaigns, social content, and optimised web graphics for ultralytics.com.
  • Produce presentations, announcements, and comms assets that clarify technical value.
  • Build sales and marketing collateral that supports solutions and product adoption.
  • Create event branding, booth displays, signage, and print-ready production files.
  • Deliver motion graphics and short-form video assets that elevate the story.

Design strategy & leadership:

  • Partner with Growth and Product leadership to scope needs and prioritise impact.
  • Run competitive and industry research to inform creative direction and alignment.
  • Lead brand stewardship to keep our identity consistent across every channel.

Cross-functional collaboration & quality:

  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Marketing to ship cohesive, on-brand work.
  • Own design QA to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polish before anything goes live.

Skills and experience:

  • 6–8 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced tech, AI, or startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio spanning brand, marketing, events, and multi-format execution.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong Figma skills for UI collaboration, components, and rapid iteration.
  • Confident in motion design and editing for dynamic, short-form content.
  • Hands-on with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Midjourney, image/video generators and editors).
  • Ability to translate complex concepts (e.g., YOLO and vision AI workflows) into clear visuals.
  • Exceptional time management with a structured approach to multitasking and delivery.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well, takes feedback, and iterates quickly.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with evolving priorities and high accountability.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging tech.

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing for open-source or developer-first brands.
  • Experience creating visuals for documentation and technical content.
  • Familiarity with 3D workflows for product and event visuals.
  • Experience supporting community-led programs or forums.

Cultural fit: At Ultralytics, we set bold goals and execute with speed, precision, and teamwork. We're driven by hard work, ambition, and resilience — building fast, learning constantly, and delivering measurable impact.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Take ownership and deliver results with focus and accountability.
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Value excellence, grit, and creativity in equal measure.
  • See collaboration as the foundation for meaningful progress.

  • Competitive salary: Reflecting your experience and contribution.
  • Equity packages: We want our success to be yours, too.
  • On-site collaboration: Work with passionate builders in one of our global hubs.
  • Flexible working hours: We value results over routines.
