We hire a Revenue Operations Associate who owns the data, builds systems that actually work, and learns how a GTM engine runs from the inside. You'll own the operational backbone that our GTM teams rely on - the data, the reporting, the workflows, and the attribution. Right now, too much is opaque: which channels are working, where deals stall, what's actually driving revenue. Your job is to change that. This isn't a 'run this report on Monday' role. It's a role for someone who wants to build radical visibility into a revenue engine and use it to make the whole machine faster.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the revenue data model. Keep the data clean, the pipeline trustworthy, and the workflows running across our GTM stack. When something's wrong, you find it and fix it.
  • Build the reporting layer. Dashboards, attribution models, campaign performance tracking - you build what the team relies on to make decisions. Success is measured by whether the numbers are accurate, visible, and used.
  • Make it clear what's working. Build the attribution and analytics layer that tells us which channels, campaigns, and motions are driving revenue - and which aren't. The goal is confident decisions, not best guesses.
  • Automate the manual stuff. Spot where people are doing by hand what a workflow should do automatically. Build the fix.
  • Keep up with a fast-moving GTM team. Every new campaign, every new initiative - make sure measurement is built in from day one, not retrofitted later.
  • Document everything. Turn what you learn into repeatable processes so the team moves faster and nothing breaks when someone's on holiday.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • ~3 months: The GTM team has a single source of truth for revenue data for the first time. Every channel, every campaign, every stage of the funnel - visible, trustworthy, and in one place. The team trusts the numbers.
  • ~6 months: We know what's working. Attribution is clear enough to make real investment decisions - double down on the channels and motions driving pipeline, cut what isn't. No more guessing.
  • ~9 months: The revenue data model is running itself. Reporting is live, workflows are automated, and the GTM team is making faster decisions because the data is no longer a question mark.
  • ~12 months: Promotion ready - the business has a level of visibility into its revenue engine that most companies twice our size don't have, and you built it.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Analytically sharp. You're comfortable with messy data and can turn it into something clear and useful. You notice when numbers don't add up.
  • Detail-oriented. Things that are slightly wrong bother you. You fix them without being asked.
  • Systems thinker. You think in workflows and automations, not one-off tasks. You'd rather build the process than do the thing manually twice.
  • Comfortable with tools. You pick up new software quickly and aren't precious about which ones you use. CRMs, BI tools, automation platforms - you figure them out and make them work.
  • Operate with ownership. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next. You figure it out, take responsibility, and follow through.
  • Technical enough. You don't need to code, but you need to be comfortable with tools and confident enough to figure out ones you haven't used before.

WHY THIS ROLE

  • Real infrastructure work. You're not making decks or maintaining someone else's dashboards. You're building the systems the GTM team depends on.
  • Real exposure. Work directly alongside GTM and revenue leaders. See how a fast-scaling company makes commercial decisions - and help build the data infrastructure those decisions run on.
  • Fast progression. Strong performers move into senior RevOps or GTM Engineering roles. We promote from within.
  • Product-market fit. YOLO is the most widely used computer vision model in the world. The commercial opportunity is enormous - and you'll be building the infrastructure that turns it into revenue.
  • Freshly funded. We closed a $30M Series A. We're investing in exactly the kind of infrastructure you'll be building.

WHAT THIS ISN'T

This isn't a reporting role. If you want to pull the same dashboard every week and send it upstream, this isn't it. If you want a defined scope and explicit instructions every day, this isn't it. This is for people who want to understand how a revenue engine works, build one from the inside, and become genuinely excellent at operational work.

COMPENSATION & LOCATION

Competitive base salary + equity. Full-time, London office (hybrid). Reports to GTM Engineering Lead.
