Who We Are

Ultralytics is the company behind YOLO, the world’s most popular open-source computer vision framework. Our mission is to make advanced AI vision accessible, ethical, and impactful, empowering industries from healthcare and robotics to space and mobility. We’re a fast-moving Series A startup building the bridge between open source and enterprise AI adoption, trusted by hundreds of organizations and millions of developers globally. Now, we’re expanding our partner ecosystem, and we’re looking for a bold, outcome-driven Head of Partnerships to lead that charge.

About the Role

As Head of Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for expanding and strengthening the Ultralytics ecosystem, building collaborations that amplify visibility, deepen product integrations, and foster adoption across the AI and computer vision landscape. Your focus will be on ecosystem growth and influence, not direct revenue. You’ll forge strategic alliances with global players like NVIDIA, Qualcomm, ARM, and Google, while also developing high-impact partnerships with emerging players in the space. You’ll operate as both strategist and operator, designing scalable partnership frameworks while personally leading Ultralytics’ most important collaborations. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to connect innovation, community, and industry. If you thrive on creating meaningful relationships, driving adoption through collaboration, and elevating an open-source technology into an ecosystem standard, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Ecosystem Strategy & Expansion
    • Define and own Ultralytics’ partnership roadmap across hardware, cloud, dataset, and academic ecosystems.
    • Establish and grow strategic relationships that extend Ultralytics’ reach, technical integration, and visibility.
    • Build deep collaborations with both established tech leaders and emerging AI startups, driving innovation at the edge.
    • Develop and operationalize a partnership framework that enables scalable, long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Ensure partnerships drive ecosystem adoption and influence, not direct sales quotas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, benchmarking, SDK compatibility, and technical validation.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop co-marketing initiatives that showcase joint solutions and community value.
    • Work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure partnerships enhance customer experience and technical enablement.
  • Representation & Ecosystem Leadership
    • Represent Ultralytics in global events like MWC, CVPR, and YOLO Vision, strengthening our role in the AI and computer vision community.
    • Build thought leadership through public engagements, panels, and joint partner content.
    • Track and communicate partnership outcomes in terms of ecosystem growth, integration quality, and brand influence.

Skills and Experience

  • 8–10 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management, ideally across AI, hardware, or cloud technology.
  • Proven success in building technology alliances or integration-driven partnerships that enhance ecosystem reach.
  • Deep understanding of AI, computer vision, or edge computing, and comfort engaging with technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing relationships across both large enterprises (e.g., NVIDIA, ARM, Google) and fast-scaling players (e.g., Hailo, Axelera).
  • Strong ability to connect technical, business, and community goals into cohesive partnership outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator, credible with executives, engineers, and marketing leaders alike.
  • Comfortable with international travel for events and key partner meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in open-source ecosystems or developer-driven companies.
  • Prior network within AI hardware, cloud, or edge AI ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with co-marketing and joint GTM initiatives.
