The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing Ultracell's technical function, product development activities and future technology roadmap. The successful candidate will provide direction across product development, compliance, quality, testing, technical support and innovation, ensuring our products remain competitive, reliable and aligned with market requirements. Working closely with senior management, customers, supply chain and internal departments, you will play a critical role in defining the next generation of Ultracell products whilst supporting the continued growth of the business globally.

  • Lead and develop Ultracell's technical strategy across lead-acid and lithium battery technologies
  • Manage and develop the technical, compliance, quality and product development teams
  • Act as the senior technical authority within the organisation
