Role Overview
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Site Owner to ensure the smooth running of the facility and supervise the dedicated team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of the facility.
- Supervise staff and coordinate their activities.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and Site Owner.
- Maintain customer service excellence to uphold the status of Ultra Flex Derby.
- Manage stock taking and inventory.
- Work flexible shifts, including opening the Gym at 5am and closing at 10pm as required.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Proven leader with great managerial skills and sales drive.
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience dealing with stock taking.
- IT confident and able to use the gym's systems.
- Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, hardworking, professional, passionate, problem-solving and detail-oriented.
- Health and fitness-minded and willing to work flexible shifts.
