Ultra Maritime Sonar Systems offers a two-year graduate scheme. Our structured programmes give you the opportunity to design solutions and solve problems on our diverse range of projects and programmes. We will challenge and support you in equal measure to nurture your potential as an engineer.
Starting in August 2026, during the scheme you will complete several placements around the business, designed to be flexible to support your career objectives and development. These placements will give you the chance to utilise and build your skills across the engineering disciplines as well as gain knowledge of the wider business, such as Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Commercial and Operations.
We will give you the chance to utilise and build your skills across all of the ILS disciplines, including Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability, Human Factors, Training, Lifecycle Engineering and Support Solution Design.
Some of the Support Considerations you will be interfacing with include Reliability, which is considered on a case-by-case basis per role and subject to HMRC guidelines.
Nationality Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
