The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Follow prescribed procedures to receive, check, record, store, issue and expedite all parts, materials, and equipment related to GFE.

Maintain GFE for all assets, ensuring updates are processed within the allotted timeframe set by the Customer.

Liaise with Programme Management and Commercial to define GFE requirements.

Raise Discrepancy reports and quarantine assets if required.

Liaise with the MoD Project Teams and Originator of assets regarding all discrepancies.

Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding all/any aspects of GFE.

Process all incoming and outgoing paperwork & maintain the GFE filing systems & Records.

Maintain GFE store, tracking all movements within.

Coordinate with other departments to expedite urgently needed assets.

Manage all annual stock takes and Storeroom inventory checks and support customer audits.

Fulfil Quarterly D694 & Annual F32 Reports for the MoD, ensuring they are submitted by the required deadlines.

Customer point of contact for GFE.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned.

Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and related experience. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
