Job Description
Ultra PCS is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join the manufacturing function at PCS. The manufacturing function is responsible for the manufacture, integration, and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high precision products from detailed engineering drawings for the aerospace industry.
- Manufacture a variety of sub‑assemblies for use with Ultra’s range of high precision products using appropriate tooling and processes, in accordance with the individual’s scope of approval.
- Setup tooling such as presses, drills, or custom tooling in accordance with controlled documentation.
- Ensure all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain training records in accordance with company procedure as evidence of work carried out.
- Understand the expectations and requirements of being an Ultra PCS certified Stamp Holder.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with relevant drawings, manufacturing instructions, process sheets, and specifications.
Required Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Code of Practices and IPC620A Standards – training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a precision assembly environment.

Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law and be prepared to successfully undertake an appropriate level of UK National Security Vetting according to UK Government National Security Vetting criteria.
