  • Manage document revisions and configuration control throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support digital content creation, including interactive manuals and online help systems.
  • There will be opportunities to support Mechanical Engineering, and within Configuration Management, as part of this role and as the demand occurs.

We are keen for our technical authors to engage and develop skills across engineering as part of their role.

  • Knowledge of standards such as S1000D.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to understand and take on responsibility for documentation created using S1000D within the organisation.

  • Display excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for rapidly building rapport with a broad range of internal and external customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Work to resolve conflict wherever it arises, promoting harmony within the team.
