Job Description: ESCO Maritime Solutions seeks a highly driven Transformation Lead, Supplier Quality, to lead initiatives in elevating supplier quality, driving operational excellence, and aligning our global supplier network with ESCO’s standards. This role supports our transformation goals and aims for scalable improvements across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead Supplier Quality Transformation: Design and execute a roadmap to elevate supplier quality standards in line with ESCO’s transformation goals. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements for quality assurance. Change Management: Foster cross-functional engagement and supplier alignment with new quality practices. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and tools to monitor supplier performance and transformation effectiveness. Supplier Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Digital Tools & Innovation: Promote digital solutions to automate processes and enhance transparency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams. Supplier Engagement & Development: Collaborate with strategic suppliers to improve quality maturity and drive continuous improvement. Capability Building: Support training efforts to enhance quality management skills across the supply base. Qualifications and Skills: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in supplier quality, quality systems, or supply chain transformation, preferably in manufacturing, defence, or industrial sectors. Success in leading quality improvement initiatives. Deep knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CAPA, root cause analysis). Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience working remotely with global teams and suppliers. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Desired: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt). Experience with ERP and QMS platforms (e.g., SAP). Knowledge of maritime or industrial supplier standards and regulations. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
