We’re looking for a performance marketing expert to own the strategy and execution of our paid media activity, with a primary focus on PPC and exposure to paid social a strong advantage. This is a genuine opportunity to bring performance marketing in-house, take full ownership, and drive meaningful commercial impact as we continue to scale at pace. You’ll thrive if you’re data-led, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of optimising and growing a key revenue channel. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys what they do — constantly learning, comfortable taking measured risks, and confident using data to spot opportunities and address underperformance quickly. This is an office-based, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign management across PPC and Paid Social, including planning, setup, optimisation, and scaling.
  • Manage accounts across key platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate.
  • Lead ongoing keyword, audience, and creative testing to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor performance daily, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Own product feed optimisation across Shopping and paid social formats, working closely with Ecommerce and Data teams.
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with strong narratives around ROAS, CPA, NCAC, and overall commercial impact.
  • Manage and forecast budgets effectively, ensuring spend aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with E-commerce, SEO, Creative, and Data teams to deliver integrated performance strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing / PPC / paid media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing seven-figure budgets across multiple channels.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on capability across PPC and Paid Social.
  • Experience with feed-based campaigns including Shopping, Performance Max, and paid social catalogue ads.
  • Confident working with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Triple Whale.
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and project management skills.
