The Role
This is a commercially focused B2B marketing role, with a clear objective: Generate high-quality pipeline and drive measurable revenue impact. You’ll own and execute marketing activity across the full mix — digital, content, PR, events and offline — working closely with sales to ensure campaigns are aligned to customer needs and commercial objectives. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real ownership, where you’ll shape how marketing evolves within a fast-growing business.
What You’ll Own
- Contribute to and evolve the overall B2B marketing strategy
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, PR, events, offline)
- Own marketing performance across pipeline generation, lead quality and ROI
- Manage and optimise relationships with external agencies (brand, paid social, SEO)
- Align campaigns with the trade calendar and commercial priorities
- Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality, conversion and follow-up
- Support product launches and brand campaigns
- Manage marketing budget and report on performance
- Oversee content, PR, events and campaign delivery across all channels
- Build and scale the marketing function over time, including team development
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with strong B2B focus
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline and measurable results
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content and campaign execution
- Commercially minded with a focus on ROI and performance
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working cross-functionally with Sales and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
