This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role based in Trafford Park. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and develop tailored solutions based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive warm, qualified leads from our business development team and convert these opportunities into sustained revenue growth
- Assist in developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from a range of sectors
- Identify and engage with business opportunities through networking, industry events and targeted outreach
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sales support
- Collaborate with the internal sales support and technical teams to deliver bespoke tailored lighting solutions for clients
- Prepare proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Deliver face to face presentations to promote our product range and educate industry professionals
The role will predominantly be office based with travel required for client meetings, exhibitions and industry shows.
About You:- Proven track record in business development, sales or account management (ideally within the lighting industry)
- Established network of existing contacts would be preferential
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Approaches tasks with enthusiasm and a strong can-do mindset
