UltraFlex Gym in Derby is regarded as the leading gym in the country with only 5* Google reviews and is now looking to recruit a person to fill the ‘Gym Manager’ role, on a full-time basis.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The right candidate must be organized, self-motivated, hardworking, professional, passionate, able to solve problems, and have keen attention to detail.
- You must be a proven leader with great managerial skills and sales driven.
- Ideally, you will be IT confident.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential as well as experience in dealing with stocktaking.
- Customer service is paramount to maintain the status of UltraFlex Derby.
- You should be Health and Fitness-minded and willing to work flexible shifts, which will sometimes include opening the Gym at 5am or closing the Gym at 10pm as required.
- The Gym opens 7 days per week, and you will work on 5 of those days.
- You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Site Owner to ensure the smooth running of the facility and supervising the dedicated team of staff, therefore ‘teamworking’ is an essential attribute.
