Ultra PCS in Cambridge seeks a senior technical leader to design, verify, and support safety-critical power electronics for aircraft. You will define requirements, solve complex HVDC/AC challenges, and drive technology roadmaps in collaboration with the Technical Authority.

You will mentor engineers across disciplines, lead crucial programs (PDUs, IPS controllers, motor drives) and ensure robust verification, testing, and certification readiness for high‑voltage systems.
