We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Event Managers to take a leading role in the delivery, and on event management and operating of our Ultra Challenge Series.
The Opportunity
- Lead and shape the delivery of the UK’s biggest & most inspiring endurance events

- Lead on site teams of staff & volunteers across a range of activities
- Learn & gain experience of large scale events, and the detailed operations
- Travel across the UK with over 20 events to work across each year
- Support the Event Director with the project management and delivery
- Manage multiple complex live events
- Coordinate kit and equipment logistics
- Venue liaison & engage with stakeholders during set up & de-rig
You Will Be...
- A proactive problem solver with strong operational leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable live experiences.
- Experience managing complex outdoor events, endurance events, festivals, mass participation events, or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous.
- Available to work weekends across the 2026 & 2027 summer as per our calendar of events.
