Ultra Care Health Professionals, based in Newport, provides regulated and compassionate home care services across South Wales, helping individuals remain independent and supported in the comfort of their own homes. Our tailored care packages include services such as live-in care, domiciliary care, private care, complex condition support, respite care, mental health support, and assistance for individuals with learning disabilities. We are a CIW-regulated provider dedicated to quality, dignity, and flexibility.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newport for a Domiciliary Care Manager. The Domiciliary Care Manager will oversee the daily operations of care services, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing care plans, supervising and supporting care staff, coordinating client schedules, monitoring service delivery, and maintaining strong communication with clients and their families. The role requires ensuring that all services meet CIW standards while fostering a compassionate and efficient care environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Case Management and Training to oversee care plans and support the development of staff
- Knowledge and expertise in Elder Care and Social Services for managing client-centered care
- Basic understanding of Medicine relevant to meeting health and care needs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with clients and families
- Familiarity with CIW regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within domiciliary or healthcare settings is preferred

Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Leadership/Management)
- Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services
- Strong knowledge of CIW compliance and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
