A growing UK Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for an experienced Managed Security Analyst to join their security function. This is a hands-on role sitting between the IT Helpdesk and SOC, requiring someone with experience across both IT Support and Cyber Security operations within an MSP or managed services environment. The Role Monitor, triage and investigate security alerts across customer environments. Act as an escalation point for security-related issues from the IT Support team. Support incident investigation, containment and remediation. Work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Defender, Entra ID and other security tooling. Carry out customer security reviews and support vulnerability management. Support Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments and remediation. Assist with customer security projects, including MFA and security tooling deployments. Work directly with customers to explain security issues and provide practical recommendations. About You Proven experience across both IT Support and Cyber Security/SOC operations. Previous experience within an MSP, MSSP or managed services environment.
