Ultimate Workforce Ltd are seeking dedicated Plastics, Processing & Machine Operators to join our dynamic client team based in Littleport, Ely. The ideal candidate will possess a ready to learn, ready to work attitude and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and use of various hand tools and machinery to ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
Shift Pattern: Rotating Early Start and Late Start, week by week. 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday, and 14:00 to 00:00 Monday to Thursday
Pay: Starting rate of £12.31 per hour After going permanent: £12.58 per hour Overtime paid at £16.37 (temp) and £16.73 (perm) Performance bonuses paid monthly when permanent
Essential Skills needed: Experience in a Plastics / Polymers / Metals manufacturing environment. Timekeeping skills and attention to detail. A hands-on approach and a willingness to learn. Basic maths skills are necessary for accurate measurements and calculations
