Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a new challenge? U-Educate are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in a secondary school based in the Ashbourne, DE6 area. This type of role is Day to Day work based on your availability. The schools we are working with are looking for strong and confident Cover Supervisors with good communication and behaviour management.
Job Description
- Supervision of a classroom in the absence of their teacher
- Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work set
- Make sure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives
- Manage classroom behaviour
Requirements
- Previous teaching experience
- A Bachelors degree in any subject
- Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children
- Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with U-educate if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months)
