What Youll Be Doing:
– On-site presence with a key logistics client in Lutterworth
– Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent logistics positions
– Cultivating strong relationships with site managers and candidates
– Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning
– Providing daily client support to ensure efficient staffing solutions

What Were Looking For:
– Experience in recruitment or on-site account management, preferably in logistics
– Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
– Proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments
– Knowledge of compliance and right-to-work regulations is advantageous
