We are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual to join our growing team, specialising in the transport and logistics sector across the Birmingham area. This is a dynamic role combining recruitment delivery with business development, offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships while developing your own portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both temporary and permanent roles within the transport sector, including HGV drivers, transport planners, and traffic office staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, client meetings, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, including right-to-work checks and driver legislation.
- Proactively grow your client base within the transport and logistics market.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within transport or logistics.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
