About the School: We are working with a secondary special school for boys aged 11-16, catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. All students have Education and Health Care Plans (EHCP), and many also have additional needs such as ADHD, ASC, and Dyslexia. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where students are supported to thrive and achieve their full potential.
The Role: We are currently recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant on behalf of the school. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students, providing support for their emotional and behavioural needs, and helping them engage in learning and develop positive social skills. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting students' emotional and social growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer tailored support for students with SEMH, ADHD, ASC, and Dyslexia
- Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage emotional well-being
