Due to expansive growth, we are looking for an outgoing and professional Admin Assistant to join us on our journey.
The Role:
- Support the Accounts Administrator checking documentation such as Purchase Orders, Invoices & other paperwork, including vehicle servicing schedules
- Meet & Greet guests to site professionally, ensuring that visitors feel welcome
- Answering the telephone in a professional & competent manner
- Photocopying, creating files & filing key documents for use within the business
- Supporting the wider team and business with administrative tasks, as above

- Enjoys completing work to high standard
- Acts professionally and can communicate well both face to face and over the phone
- Adaptable to change and different working practices
