As a Personal Trainer at UP, your journey starts by mastering your craft, not chasing sales targets. What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- A valid right to work for the UK. (We don't offer visa sponsorship).

- First Aid qualification beneficial but not mandatory (earned through an in‑person certified course and valid for 12 months).
