What You’ll Do
As a Personal Trainer at UP, your journey starts by mastering your craft, not chasing sales targets. You’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. You’ll work with a wide range of clients who trust UP to get them results they haven’t achieved anywhere else. You’ll deliver world-class personal training with measurable impact, acting as both coach and trusted partner in your clients' transformation journey.

Hours: Full-Time (including early mornings and late evenings during your first year)
Salary: £30,800 annually
OTE: up to £43,300 annually

We require successful candidates to have a First Aid Certificate earned through an ‘in‑person’ certified course and valid for 12 months. Certifications obtained through online courses are not accepted. The certificate has to hold ISO 9001 stamp or equivalent.
